About Kemet University of Truth

Join Us on This Journey

At Kemet University of Truth, we are more than an educational institution; we are a movement, a rebirth, and a return to our roots.

Rooted in the visionary dreams of the late Vusamazulu Credo Mutwa, Kemet University of Truth stands as a beacon of Kemet/Afrikan wisdom, knowledge, and spiritual heritage. Our institution is the embodiment of Mutwa's lifelong quest to create a truly Kemet/Afrikan center of learning, one that honors our ancestral traditions while preparing our youth for the challenges of the modern world.

We are deeply committed to community engagement, offering programs that bring our knowledge and resources to the wider Kemet/Afrikan community. Through outreach initiatives, we aim to be a catalyst for cultural renaissance and social transformation.

We invite students, scholars, and all those passionate about Kemet/Afrikan knowledge to join us in this transformative journey. Together, we will realize Credo Mutwa's vision of an education that truly serves Kemet/Afrika and her people.

At Kemet University of Truth, we are committed to providing an education that is 100% Kemet/Afrikan and Afrocentric. We aim to decolonize knowledge, reawaken ancient wisdom, and forge a new path in education that places Kemet/Afrikan perspectives at its core. Our mission is to empower students with a deep understanding of their heritage, equipping them with the tools to navigate the complexities of the global landscape while remaining firmly rooted in Kemet/Afrikan values and traditions.

Our Vision

We envision a world where Kemet/Afrikan knowledge systems are recognized and respected globally, where our youth are empowered to lead with wisdom drawn from their ancestral roots, and where the richness of Kemet/Afrikan spirituality and philosophy informs solutions to contemporary challenges. Kemet University of Truth aims to be the crucible where this vision is forged into reality.

Our Approach

Drawing inspiration from the ancient Kemetic/Afrikan tradition of holistic education, our curriculum integrates:

1. Traditional Kemet/Afrikan Knowledge Systems: We delve into indigenous philosophies, healing practices, and spiritual traditions from across the continent.

2. Kemet/Afrikan History and Heritage: Our courses offer a comprehensive exploration of Kemet/Afrikan history, free from colonial biases, celebrating our triumphs and learning from our challenges.

3. Kemet/Afrikan Languages and Linguistics: We emphasize the importance of Kemet/Afrikan languages as carriers of culture and knowledge.

4. Kemet/Afrikan Arts and Sciences: From traditional artistic expressions to indigenous scientific and mathematical knowledge, we explore the full spectrum of Kemet/Afrikan creativity and innovation.

5. Contemporary Kemet/Afrikan Studies: We examine current Kemet/Afrikan socio-economic and political issues, preparing our students to be informed leaders and change-makers. 6. Global Kemet/Afrikan Diaspora Studies: We explore the rich contributions and experiences of Kemet/Afrika around the world, fostering a sense of global Kemet/Afrikan identity.
